Pool Table Purchases
1. New Pool Tables:
Return Window: New pool tables may be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Custom orders or special requests are not eligible for return.
Fees: A 30% restocking fee will apply. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
Refunds: Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned pool table. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Used Pool Tables:
Return Policy: Used pool tables are sold as-is and cannot be returned. Please inspect thoroughly before purchase.
Pool Table Servicing
1. Refelting and Moving Services:
Cancellation: Cancel service appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Refunds: Service fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed. If a service issue arises, please contact us for resolution rather than seeking a refund.
Pool Table and Arcade Rentals
1. Rental Termination:
Early Return: Returning rental items early does not entitle you to a refund for unused rental time.
Damage: You are responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period. Costs for repairs or replacement will be deducted from your deposit.
2. Deposits:
Refundable Deposit: A refundable deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit will be returned after the rental period, provided the items are returned in their original condition.
Pool Table Accessories
1. New Accessories:
Return Window: New pool table accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Accessories must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Fees: A 10% restocking fee may apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds: Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

1. Proof of Purchase: All returns require a valid proof of purchase. Please retain your receipt or order confirmation for reference.
