2. Pool Table Sales

• Condition and Warranties: All preowned pool tables are inspected and refurbished as needed. Warranties on preowned tables vary by product; specific warranty details will be provided by request.

• Returns and Exchanges: Sales of preowned pool tables are final. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us immediately for support.

3. Pool Table Services

• Refelting: Service includes the replacement of felt material and is subject to availability. Costs are quoted based on the table size and type of felt.

• Moving: Our moving service includes disassembly, transportation, and reassembly of the pool table. Additional charges may apply for complex moves or long distances.

• Service Requests: Please provide accurate information regarding the pool table’s condition and location to avoid additional fees or delays.

4. Pool Table Rentals

• Rental Periods: Rentals are available for a minimum of one hour. Extended rental periods can be arranged; please contact us for details.

• Fees and Deposits: Rental fees are based on the duration and type of table. A refundable deposit is required to secure the rental. The deposit will be returned after the table is picked up in good condition.

• Delivery and Setup: Delivery, setup, and pickup are included in the rental fee. Additional charges may apply for outdoor events or difficult access areas.

• Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A cancellation fee may apply depending on the timing.

• Access and Safety: Ensure that the area where the pool table will be installed or removed is clear and accessible. We are not liable for any damage caused by inaccessible or unsafe conditions.

• Damage: We are not responsible for any damages to property or personal injury occurring during the installation, removal, or use of our pool tables.

• Service Limitations: We strive to provide high-quality services; however, we are not liable for issues arising from preexisting conditions or improper use of the pool table.
